TERMS - EHS

Enterprise Hiring Solutions (EHS) will provide recruitment services to identify, assess, and recommend candidates based on the client's requirements.

1. A success-based fee will be applicable once the candidate accepts the offer   and joins the client.
2. We  have a staggered Fees Structure based on Candidate level in the Organization and years of Experience and varies between ( 8.33% to 15%) of the candidate’s annual gross CTC.
3. The fee is Payable within [30] days of the candidate’s joining date.

• If the selected candidate leaves or is terminated (for reasons other than restructuring) within [90 days], we will provide one free replacement.
• This is valid only if payment is made within the agreed timeline.
